Concrete Drilling Tools

Concrete drilling is a common project in construction areas and can be sorted into two classifications. One is core drilling, used for making holes for pipes of air conditioners, manholes, and the like. The other is solid drilling, used for installing purposes like expansion screws or creating small paths for different materials.

Concrete core drilling needs diamond core drill bits and is more challenging than solid concrete drilling. In most cases, wet drilling is needed to cool down the temperature, protect the segments, and maintain drilling performance.

We offer various types of concrete core drill bits for drilling both concrete and reinforced concrete, including laser welded and high-frequency welded. Laser welding is a necessity for drilling reinforced concrete, while high-frequency welding is more competitive and can be used for drilling normal concrete. Various different segment types are provided for different performances, including Arix, Roof, Turbo, Aero, Net, etc.

Currently, we primarily provide diamond core drill bits for drilling concrete and reinforced concrete. In the near future, we plan to introduce tungsten carbide solid concrete drill bits to meet diverse requirements.
