Description

The 250mm EDCO PCD Floor Grinding Disc is a high-performance tool designed for the heavy-duty removal of a wide range of floor coatings, including epoxy, glue, paint, mastic, varnish, bitumen, adhesives, and more. Featuring 10 half-round PCD segments and 10 sacrificial arrows, this disc provides aggressive cutting power and ensures efficient removal of even the toughest coatings.

Each PCD segment is welded to a steel cube, preventing any loss during grinding and significantly extending the tool’s lifespan. The disc also includes 12 specially engineered countersunk holes, ensuring compatibility with a variety of floor grinders, including EDCO, Husqvarna, Blastrac, SPE, and MK models.

The half-round PCD segments offer a longer lifespan compared to quarter-round segments, making this disc an excellent choice for contractors looking for a durable, high-efficiency tool to quickly tackle floor coating removal.

Optional painting colors

Our standard colors for PCD floor coating removal diamonds are yellow and gold. However, similar to concrete grinding diamonds, we can also customize the color to your preference.

Packaging methods – PCD floor grinding disc

The packaging methods for 250mm EDCO Blastrac coating removal tools are identical to those used for EDCO Blastrac grinding diamonds.

Our 10-inch EDCO Blastrac concrete grinding segments are thoroughly protected and packed before shipping to prevent damage during transit. We use three types of hard boxes, each lined with pearl cotton: green, brown, and white. The green box offers the highest level of protection, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

For EDCO Blastrac diamond tooling, each box contains 1 piece per box. This change ensures that each tool is individually secured and protected. The most popular option, previously offering 6 pieces per box, is now updated for single-tool packaging to enhance safety during transport.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
