Packaging methods – Husqvarna PCD floor grinding disc

The packaging methods for 250mm EDCO Blastrac coating removal tools are identical to those used for EDCO Blastrac grinding diamonds.

Our 10-inch EDCO Blastrac concrete grinding segments are thoroughly protected and packed before shipping to prevent damage during transit. We use three types of hard boxes, each lined with pearl cotton: green, brown, and white. The green box offers the highest level of protection, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

For EDCO Blastrac diamond tooling, each box contains 1 piece per box. This change ensures that each tool is individually secured and protected. The most popular option, previously offering 6 pieces per box, is now updated for single-tool packaging to enhance safety during transport.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
