U Segmented 14″ Ring Saw Blade for General Purposes

Description

Ring saw blades are designed for deep cutting of general construction materials like concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, stone, etc. Compared with a normal diamond circular blade, the ring saw blade is a ring and doesn’t have a center hole for installation. Instead, it has a unique installation concept on edge to unleash its deep-cutting capability.

We supply two types of segments on our ring saw blades: normal and Arix. This 14″ ring saw blade is welded with U-shaped segments for general cutting purposes, such as creating door and window openings in walls. It has a total of 22 U-shaped segments, reducing the contact area between the segments and the materials, and enabling faster cutting compared to normal segments. Additionally, the U-grooves on the segments help release the cutting chips, ensuring smooth cutting and preventing the blade from getting stuck.

Diamond segment formulas are optimized, allowing you to use this 14″ ring saw blade for both dry and wet cutting. Laser welding enhances the welding strength, ensuring the ring blade will work properly. It can be used on different brands of ring saws, such as the Husqvarna K970 ring. Lower noise levels make them more suitable for indoor use, reducing noise pollution.
