Ring Saw Blades

Product Category

Ring saw blades are usually used for deep cutting of concrete walls and other construction materials. A normal diamond blade uses center holes or adds a flange to mount it on the cutters, while the ring cutting blade sticks the ring saw blades at the rim and drives the blade by a driving wheel. The unique installation concept makes the ring saw blades cut much deeper than normal diamond blades of the same diameter.

The most commonly used diameters of ring saw blades are 14 inches (350mm) and 16 inches (400mm). A 14-inch ring saw blade can let you cut 10" (250mm) deep, and a 16-inch ring saw blade can cut about 11-3/4" (285mm) deep.

We produce both 14-inch and 16-inch ring saw blades. They use laser welding, and the segment types can be Arix type and normal type. Arix segments are sharper and used for fast cutting of concrete and reinforced concrete.
