This EDCO concrete grinding diamond tool is designed for versatile use, including concrete and terrazzo floor grinding, as well as effective floor coating removal. Compatible with EDCO, Husqvarna, and Diamond Products floor grinders, it features four long, high-performance diamond segments for exceptional grinding efficiency and extended durability. Weighing only 0.34kg, it’s lighter than other alternatives, helping you save on shipping costs.

Our EDCO concrete grinding diamonds are available in a wide range of diamond grits, from 6# to 220#, and come with a variety of bond types to suit different concrete hardness levels. Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Please check the following picture to know what colors we do.

Packaging methods – EDCO concrete grinding blocks

Our concrete grinding diamonds are securely protected and packaged before shipping to prevent any damage during transit. We use three types of durable hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box offers the highest level of protection due to its sturdier construction, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly options.

Packaging methods vary depending on the type and quantity of concrete grinding diamonds. For EDCO diamond grinding blocks, we provide two packaging options: a hard brown box and a highly durable green box. The brown box is our preferred choice as it provides sufficient protection for the diamond tools while being eco-friendly. The green box offers enhanced durability but is less environmentally sustainable. You can select the packaging material that best suits your needs.

To ensure easy identification, each box is labeled on the outside with the product name, diamond grits, and bond types. This allows for quick recognition of the contents without opening the packaging.
