Description
This 350mm diamond cutting disc is specifically designed for cutting fresh concrete and features Arix segments to ensure faster cutting speeds and enhanced performance. The 15mm segment height significantly extends the disc’s lifespan compared to discs with 10mm or 12mm segments, offering concrete cutting contractors a more cost-effective solution over time.
Featuring a silent core, this diamond disc significantly reduces cutting noise, making it an excellent choice for use in noise-sensitive environments. It is particularly ideal for indoor applications or areas where minimizing noise disruption is essential, such as hospitals, schools, residential areas, and commercial spaces.
The 350mm diamond cutting disc is manufactured using high-frequency welding technology, which balances efficiency with cost-effectiveness. Different welding methods leave distinct welding gaps, allowing you to easily identify the type used. In high-frequency welding, also known as brazing internationally, copper or silver solder is required, leaving visible copper or silver traces in the welding gaps. On this 350mm diamond cutting disc, you can observe copper traces between the segments and the blank core, indicating high-frequency welding.
In contrast, laser welding does not require solder, resulting in thinner, cleaner welding gaps. As a fully automated process, laser welding offers greater precision, but it also demands higher standards for both the segments and the blade core.
