This 100mm Klindex diamond tooling is designed for efficient grinding of concrete, terrazzo, or granite floors. It features 5 curved segment bars, providing optimal surface coverage for faster material removal. The tool is made of two parts: a durable metal segment and a high-strength plastic back, securely bonded with premium glue for lasting performance.

Equipped with a 3-pin connection, this tool allows for quick and hassle-free tool changes, minimizing downtime. It is compatible with Levighetor 640 Top and Levighetor 640 VS Top models, making it versatile for various floor types, including concrete, terrazzo, and granite.

The tooling uses superior diamond formulas, ensuring excellent grinding performance and a long lifespan. The larger segment size contributes to increased durability, allowing the tool to withstand extended use. We offer 6 bond types to accommodate different concrete hardness levels, including an extremely soft bond for high-hardness concrete. Additionally, a wide range of diamond grits (from 6# to 220#) is available, enabling you to select the perfect grit size for your specific grinding needs.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Please check the following picture to know what colors we do.

Packaging methods – Klindex diamond tooling

Our diamond tools are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.
