Description

This 180mm PCD cup grinding wheel is engineered for heavy-duty grinders, offering fast and efficient removal of a wide variety of floor coatings, including epoxy, glue, paint, mastic, varnish, bitumen, adhesives, and more. Its large size provides a larger contact area with the coating, resulting in significantly higher efficiency. The wheel is equipped with a total of 24 high-quality rectangle-shaped PCDs, arranged in three staggered circles. The outer circle contains 12 PCDs, while the middle and inner circles each hold 6 PCDs. Grooves between each circle help release removed coatings, preventing clogging and enhancing performance.

To ensure secure attachment and prevent PCD loss, each PCD is inserted and welded firmly into the cup, allowing for uninterrupted coating removal without concerns of detachment. The 22.23mm arbor ensures compatibility with a wide range of popular grinders, including Hilti, Tyrolit, Husqvarna, Dewalt, and more. Constructed with high-quality steel and PCD materials, this cup wheel guarantees excellent durability and performance.

With a 180mm diameter, this cup wheel offers a large grinding area and superior coating removal efficiency. Packaging methods – 180mm PCD cup grinding wheel

PCD cup grinding wheels are available in four main sizes: 100mm, 125mm, 180mm, and 230mm. Each cup wheel is individually packed in a sturdy hard box, available in white, brown, or green, with protective pearl cotton ensuring safe transport. The hardness of the three different colored boxes is as follows: the white box is normal, the brown box is harder, and the green box is the hardest. You can choose from these three materials based on your preference.

Each box features a label displaying a product image, which clearly indicates the type of cup wheel, its diameter, grit, and bond type. This labeling makes it easy for customers to identify and recognize the PCD cup grinding wheels they need.
