These Trapezoid Scanmaskin PCD Scrapers are designed for quick installation on Scanmaskin floor grinders, featuring a convenient redi-lock back for easy attachment. The tools are equipped with two half-round PCD segments and two sacrificial segment bars, allowing for fast and efficient removal of various floor coatings such as epoxy, glue, paint, mastic, varnish, bitumen, and adhesives. This combination ensures excellent performance when tackling tough coatings, making it a versatile solution for floor preparation.

The sacrificial segment bars serve a dual purpose: they limit the cut depth to protect the underlying concrete surface while also assisting with floor grinding and reducing scratches. This helps achieve a smoother finish and preserves the integrity of the floor. Packaging methods – Scanmaskin PCD scrapers

The packaging methods for Scanmaskin coating removal tools are identical to those used for Scanmaskin grinding diamonds.

Our Scanmaskin concrete grinding segments are thoroughly protected and packed before shipping to prevent damage during transit. We use three types of hard boxes, each lined with pearl cotton: green, brown, and white. The green box offers the highest level of protection, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For Scanmaskin diamond tooling, we offer three different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box, 9 pieces per box, and 12 pieces per box. Among these, the most popular option is 6 pieces per box.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
