5 Reverse Quarter HTC PCD Diamond Tools with Sacrificial Bar

Description

Quarter-round PCDs are the most commonly used shapes for diamond shoes designed to remove floor coatings. There are two welding types for quarter-round PCDs: normal welding and reverse welding. In reverse welding, the round corners are inserted into the plate, exposing the edge corners for effective coating removal.

These HTC PCD diamond tools are equipped with five reverse quarter-round PCDs and a sacrificial bar, allowing for fast removal of various floor coatings, including epoxy, glue, paint, mastic, and more. The sacrificial bar limits cutting depth to protect the concrete surface from damage.

Designed for heavy-duty coating removal, these tools require powerful HTC grinding machines. Each PCD diamond tool can rotate in two directions: clockwise and anticlockwise. When purchasing PCD diamond tooling, please ensure you select the correct rotation direction to meet your requirements.

Optional painting colors

Our standard colors for PCD floor coating removal diamonds are yellow and gold. However, similar to concrete grinding diamonds, we can also customize the color to your preference.

Packaging methods – HTC PCD diamond tools

The packaging methods for HTC PCDs are identical to those used for HTC grinding diamonds.

Our HTC PCD diamond tools are thoroughly protected and packed before shipping to prevent damage during transit. We use three types of hard boxes, each lined with pearl cotton: green, brown, and white. The green box offers the highest level of protection, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For HTC diamond tooling, we offer three different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box, 9 pieces per box, and 12 pieces per box. Among these, the most popular option is 6 pieces per box.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
