This 230mm concrete cutting disc is specially designed with unique features that set it apart from standard discs. It uses distinct segments and a blank core, offering enhanced performance. The convex turbo segments accelerate cutting speed and remain effective until the segments are worn down. With a segment height of 15mm, it outlasts the typical 10 or 12mm segments. Additionally, the convex dots on segments further boost durability.

The blank core is also uniquely designed with inclined slots and multiple holes for water removal. Unlike the vertical “Key Slots” found on other blades, the inclined slots allow the 230mm concrete cutting disc to endure greater stress during cutting. The multiple holes facilitate quicker water release, improving cooling, overall efficiency, and lifespan.

Packaging – 230mm concrete cutting disc

We offer various packaging options for our concrete cutting saw blade based on size. Small blades come in fully transparent or white box packaging, medium blades are packed in white boxes, and large blades are enclosed in wooden boxes. For very large blades, we use iron frames. Regardless of the packaging method, we ensure that all blades are securely and firmly packaged to protect them during shipping.
