Description

This 200mm concrete cutting disc features 16 laser-welded turbo segments designed for rapid cutting of concrete, reinforced concrete, and other hard materials.

“Turbo segment” refers to a unique design of the cutting segments found in diamond cutting blades. Unlike standard blades, turbo segments feature regularly serrated longitudinal edges. This serration minimizes the surface area that comes into contact with the material being cut, reducing friction and lowering temperatures. As a result, diamond cutting blades with turbo segments deliver improved cutting performance and extended durability compared to conventional blades.

Compared to standard segments, turbo segments enhance cutting efficiency and speed. We offer two turbo segment types: concave and convex. The convex type boasts a longer lifespan than concave segments, while the concave segments deliver superior cutting speed and efficiency.

Packaging – concrete cutting disc

We offer various packaging options for our concrete cutting disc based on size. Small blades come in fully transparent or white box packaging, medium blades are packed in white boxes, and large blades are enclosed in wooden boxes. For very large blades, we use iron frames. Regardless of the packaging method, we ensure that all blades are securely and firmly packaged to protect them during shipping.
