The 7 Inch Concrete Grinding Wheel is engineered with 24 turbo segments, providing exceptional efficiency and high-performance capabilities. This specialized design makes it the perfect choice for heavy-duty concrete grinding tasks, ensuring not only fast material removal but also achieving smooth, professional finishes that meet the demands of various projects.

Designed to be compatible with most standard angle grinders, this 7 inch concrete grinding wheel features a center hole diameter of 22.23mm, enhancing its versatility and ease of use. We provide a range of different connections, including the commonly used sizes such as 22.23mm, M14, and 5/8″-11. Additionally, we offer the option to customize the connection type to suit your specific requirements, ensuring that you have the perfect fit for your grinder.

We provide two different segment configurations for our 7 inch turbo concrete grinding cup wheels: 12 segments and 24 segments. The 12-segment version is designed for more aggressive grinding, making it suitable for tougher materials and faster removal rates. In contrast, the 24-segment version is tailored for heavy-duty applications, delivering more efficient performance for larger projects. However, it’s important to note that the 24-segment wheel requires a more powerful grinder to achieve optimal results.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding cup wheels, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – 7 inch concrete grinding wheel

Concrete grinding wheels are available in four main sizes: 100mm, 125mm, 180mm, and 230mm. Each cup wheel is individually packed in a sturdy hard box, available in white, brown, or green, with protective pearl cotton ensuring safe transport. The hardness of the three different colored boxes is as follows: the white box is normal, the brown box is harder, and the green box is the hardest. You can choose from these three materials based on your preference.

Each box features a label displaying a product image, which clearly indicates the type of cup wheel, its diameter, grit, and bond type. This labeling makes it easy for customers to identify and recognize the concrete grinding cup wheels they need.
