3 Arrow Segments HTC Diamond Grinding Shoes

Description

HTC concrete grinding diamonds are also called HTC diamond grinding shoes, as they look like metal shoes worn by floor grinders. These 3 arrow-segmented HTC diamond grinding shoes are perfectly compatible with HTC, Husqvarna (EZ system), and other floor grinders equipped with an HTC quick-change adapter.

With top-level diamonds and excellent bonds, our HTC grinding shoes have very high grinding performance and can treat different hardnesses of concrete. Arrow segments are great for use with lower diamond grits, enabling aggressive grinding such as surface preparation and fast removal of floor coatings like glue, epoxy, paint, etc. Optional 1, 2, or 3 arrow segments are available in each HTC floor grinding shoe.

The default arrow segment height is 10mm, and you can customize it to 12mm or 15mm to lengthen its lifespan, which can benefit concrete grinding contractors by reducing shipping costs. Check this article to know “Why higher segments can save the shipping cost for contractors?“.

For resellers or distributors, appearance is one of the factors that will affect sales. To maintain the perfect shape of the arrow segments, we replace the mold promptly when necessary. For secure packaging, we use sturdy boxes and pearl cotton to ensure the safety of the tools during transportation and storage. The packaging includes clear labeling to quickly identify the segment type, diamond grits, and bond types of each HTC diamond grinding shoes.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – HTC diamond grinding shoes

Our HTC diamond grinding shoes are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For HTC diamond tooling, we offer three different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box, 9 pieces per box, and 12 pieces per box. Among these, the most popular option is 6 pieces per box.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
