2 Dotted Segment Bars Husqvarna Concrete Grinding Diamonds

Description

This Husqvarna concrete grinding diamonds comes with 2 dotted segment bars. Generally, concrete grinding segments require a dedicated process to sharpen them using corresponding equipment to expose the diamonds and prepare them for grinding.

However, when equipped with these dotted segment bars, this process is not necessary because they auto-sharpen during the concrete grinding process. Moreover, compared to normal segment bars, the additional dots on top of the segment bars also lengthen their lifespan.

Our Husqvarna concrete grinding diamonds use top-quality diamonds from renowned domestic suppliers to ensure superior concrete grinding performance. The diamond grits range from 6# to 220#, providing options for different levels of grinding. Superior bonds are developed to suit various concrete hardness levels, including the Extremely Soft Bond for grinding extremely hard concrete.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – Husqvarna concrete grinding diamonds

Our husqvarna concrete grinding diamonds are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For Husqvarna diamond tooling, we offer mainly 2 different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box and 9 pieces per box. You can choose the packaging quantities based on your grinding projects.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
