Single Zigzag Husqvarna Diamond Grinding Segments for Concrete

Description

When buying Husqvarna diamond grinding segments, besides choosing the right diamond grits and bond types, the segment number is also important. Since the weight of the floor grinder remains constant, different numbers of segments will result in different pressures on each segment. Fewer segments mean less surface contact area, resulting in higher pressure on each segment and more aggressive grinding.

So, this single zigzag Husqvarna diamond grinding segment is more aggressive than the 2 zigzag types. It is not only great for rough grinding of concrete, surface preparation, and aggregate exposure but also excellent for removing floor coatings like glue, epoxy, etc.

The zigzag segment is designed to be located on the edge of the steel base to expand the grinding area. With a Redi Lock back, changing these Husqvarna diamond grinding segments is easy and hassle-free. You can simply install them with a small hammer. It’s quick and secure. Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

Packaging methods – Husqvarna diamond grinding segments

Our Husqvarna diamond grinding segments are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For Husqvarna grinding segments, we offer mainly 2 different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box and 9 pieces per box. You can choose the packaging quantities based on your grinding projects.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
