1 Button Husqvarna Grinding Shoes for Concrete Floor

Description

Husqvarna grinding shoes are designed with a Redi-Lock on the back of the steel base. This Redi-Lock system is instant and hassle-free for changing diamond tooling. Apart from Husqvarna, there are other brands of floor grinders that also utilize the Redi-Lock system, such as Scanmaskin, Klindex, etc., just in different shapes and sizes. This Husqvarna grinding shoe comes with 1 segment button. Compared with the 2-button type, this one is more aggressive due to less contact area with the concrete surface. High-quality diamond particles are used in our Husqvarna grinding shoes. A wide range of diamond grits can be chosen for different degrees of concrete or terrazzo grinding.

OEM/ODM services are welcomed. We have extensive experience in customizing orders for diamond grinding shoes, even for small quantities. Our lead times for diamond grinding shoes are efficient: approximately 1-2 weeks for samples and 3-4 weeks for general orders. Regular customers enjoy expedited lead times.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Please check the following picture to know what colors we do.

Packaging methods – Husqvarna grinding shoes

Our Husqvarna grinding shoes are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For Husqvarna grinding segments, we offer mainly 2 different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box and 9 pieces per box. You can choose the packaging quantities based on your grinding projects.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
