Our 800mm wall cutting blades are specifically designed for use with wall cutting machines equipped with tracks. These blades can achieve a cutting depth of 300-350mm.

The V-shaped segments minimize contact with the material, enhancing sharpness and improving chip removal. These blades are intended for wet cutting only. For dry cutting, we recommend Arix segments with laser welding.

Segment type

We offer three main types of wall cutting blades, each designed for different cutting needs and price points: Normal, V, and Arix.

• Normal Type: This type strikes a balance between cutting speed and lifespan, making it a cost-effective option with competitive performance.
• V Type: Featuring reduced contact area, V segments are optimized for faster cutting speeds.
• Arix Type: Arix segments provide the highest cutting efficiency and are ideal for cutting through hard materials.

Blank core type

When choosing a blank core, consider two main factors: whether it is a silent core and the slot type. We offer both silent and non-silent blank cores. For slot types, you can choose between normal slots and inclined slots.

Welding type

We offer two welding methods for wall cutting blades: high-frequency welding and laser welding. Typically, Arix segments are designed for laser welding, while the other two segment types use high-frequency welding. Due to limitations with our laser welding equipment, we can provide Arix wall blades with a maximum diameter of 1200mm.

Center/Arbor hole

The center hole is a crucial parameter for wall cutting blades, as it needs to match the arbor of different machine brands, such as Hilti and Tyrolit. We can produce blades with a center hole tailored for a specific machine or combine various center hole types to ensure compatibility with multiple brands of wall cutting machines. Packaging – wall cutting blades

To achieve the necessary cutting depth, wall cutting blades typically have a diameter of over 600mm and are usually packaged in wooden boxes with foam padding for protection.

We offer three distinct packaging methods depending on the size of the blade. Small blades are packed in white paper boxes or transparent plastic. Medium blades are packaged in white boxes. For large blades, we stack them, seal them, and place them on a tray. Very large blades are secured with an iron frame for additional stability.
