Description

There are two main types of diamond cup wheels: the traditional cup-shaped design and the more modern flat type. This 5-inch Hilti PCD grinding cup wheel features a flat shape, offering a larger and more even contact surface with the material for consistent grinding results. Its design distributes force evenly, reducing vibrations and enhancing operator control and comfort. Equipped with a 22.23mm arbor, it fits Hilti angle grinders perfectly. Other connection options, such as M14 and 5/8″-11, are also available for versatility.

This wheel is outfitted with 18 high-quality 1/8 PCDs, reversed-welded for aggressive removal of stubborn floor coatings, including epoxy, glue, paint, mastic, and varnish. The PCDs are arranged in three circular rows, maximizing contact with the coatings and significantly improving efficiency. Whether you’re tackling tough coating removal jobs or seeking smoother surface preparation, this PCD cup wheel delivers top-notch performance and durability.

Packaging methods – Hilti PCD grinding cup wheel

PCD cup grinding wheels are available in four main sizes: 100mm, 125mm, 180mm, and 230mm. Each cup wheel is individually packed in a sturdy hard box, available in white, brown, or green, with protective pearl cotton ensuring safe transport. The hardness of the three different colored boxes is as follows: the white box is normal, the brown box is harder, and the green box is the hardest. You can choose from these three materials based on your preference.

Each box features a label displaying a product image, which clearly indicates the type of cup wheel, its diameter, grit, and bond type. This labeling makes it easy for customers to identify and recognize the PCD cup grinding wheels they need.
