Description

This 250mm concrete grinding disc features multiple countersunk holes, ensuring compatibility with a variety of floor grinders including EDCO, MK, Husqvarna, and Blastrac. To optimize weight and reduce shipping costs, the disc is designed with 10 strategically placed holes, which help lighten the plate while maintaining its structural strength—without compromising the integrity of the segments or arbors.

With a 250mm diameter and a total of 20 diamond segments, this grinding disc is designed for use with powerful machines and offers high grinding efficiency. The segments are strategically arranged for maximum performance: 10 segments are welded along the edge of the disc, while 10 segments are positioned vertically, ensuring even wear and optimal output for fast, effective grinding. This thoughtful segment layout helps deliver a smoother and more consistent grind, making it ideal for professional floor grinding applications.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – 250mm concrete grinding disc

Our concrete grinding diamonds are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.
