Description

The zigzag-shaped concrete grinding segments have the highest number of edges among all segment types, making them sharper, increasing speed, and reducing segment heat. Furthermore, they feature a narrow segment width. Compared to other traditional thick segments, floor grinders apply more pressure on each segment, enhancing aggressiveness and improving performance output.

This unique design makes the Husqvarna redi lock diamonds great to work together with low diamond grits for rough concrete grinding, coating and glue removal, surface preparation, and aggregate exposure. Available in single or double zigzag segment versions.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – Husqvarna redi lock diamonds

Our Husqvarna redi lock diamonds are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For Husqvarna grinding segments, we offer mainly 2 different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box and 9 pieces per box. You can choose the packaging quantities based on your grinding projects.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
