This innovative tooling features 4 PCD inserts embedded into each segment bar, delivering superior performance for removing various floor coatings like epoxy, glue, paint, and mastic. The central dot on each segment is a segment formed during production, not a PCD. The deeply embedded PCD dices ensure high efficiency while the metal bond segments minimize surface scratches during grinding.

Optional painting colors

Our standard colors for PCD floor coating removal diamonds are yellow and gold. However, similar to concrete grinding diamonds, we can also customize the color to your preference.

Here we sort a series of our general painting colors for your reference. You can choose the color from the chart or customize other painting colors by providing us with the code of Pantone colors or others

Packaging methods – HTC PCD diamond tooling

The packaging methods for HTC PCDs are identical to those used for HTC grinding diamonds.

Our HTC PCD grinding tools are thoroughly protected and packed before shipping to prevent damage during transit. We use three types of hard boxes, each lined with pearl cotton: green, brown, and white. The green box offers the highest level of protection, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For HTC PCD diamond tooling, we offer three different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box, 9 pieces per box, and 12 pieces per box. Among these, the most popular option is 6 pieces per box.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
