Lavina is one of the most popular floor grinders worldwide. With the Lavina Quick Change system, these trapezoid Lavina grinder diamonds can be effortlessly inserted and removed from the Lavina holder plate. This system eliminates the need for bolting, allowing for a seamless and efficient changeover.

2 buttons Lavina diamonds without holes

We provide one or two metal-bonded buttons for our Lavina grinder diamonds, with or without three threaded holes. When there are 3 holes, the positioning of the buttons is restricted, resulting in a different layout compared to those without holes. Choosing between one or two buttons allows the operator to control the grinding speed and aggressiveness.

• Two-button Lavina grinder diamonds are specifically designed for heavier machines and are not suitable for those smaller than 25 inches. Nevertheless, for the initial step, we advise using single-segment tools even with heavier machines to achieve a faster opening of the concrete.
• Single Lavina grinder diamonds are intended for use with lighter machines or in situations requiring aggressive stock removal.

Optional Lavina steel base

For Lavina diamonds, there are two versions of the steel base: the old version for Lavina S and Pro machines only, and the new version for Lavina X machines, but also compatible with Lavina S and Pro models. To ensure Lavina diamond tooling is compatible with other floor grinding machines, we offer options with or without three thread holes. Therefore, we mainly offer four types of Lavina steel bases. Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

Concrete hardness and corresponding diamond bonds

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Please check the following picture to know what colors we do.

Packaging methods – Lavina grinder diamonds

Our Lavina grinder diamonds is fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For Lavina diamond tooling, we offer three different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box, 9 pieces per box, and 12 pieces per box. Among these, the most popular option is 6 pieces per box.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
