Similar to Husqvarna diamond tooling, Scanmaskin concrete grinding diamonds also feature a Redi-Lock quick-change system, though with a slightly different design. The Scanmaskin Redi-Lock system has pointed corners and is longer, while Husqvarna’s system uses rounded corners. Despite these differences, both systems allow for easy, hassle-free tool changes, minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.

The Scanmaskin concrete grinding diamonds have a square body and are equipped with two arrow-shaped segments. These are particularly popular for rough and medium grinding tasks, especially when using lower diamond grits. The two arrow segments are strategically welded at opposite corners of the plate, ensuring optimal balance for stable and even grinding performance.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – Scanmaskin concrete grinding diamonds

Our Scanmaskin concrete grinding segments are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.

Different concrete grinding diamonds have various packaging methods based on quantity. For Scanmaskin diamond tooling, we offer three different packaging quantities: 6 pieces per box, 9 pieces per box, and 12 pieces per box. Among these, the most popular option is 6 pieces per box.

To make the tools easily identifiable from outside the box, we affix a label on the surface of the box indicating the product name, diamond grits, and bond types.
