Product Features
- Short T-shaped segments: Boosts cutting speed and offers a square-like appearance with 20mm length and height.
- Protective layer: Each segment has extra layers on both sides to protect the core and extend blade lifespan.
- Thinner blade cores: Designed for precision, with higher quality diamond segments and cores than standard concrete saw blades.
- Premium materials: Uses high-quality diamond grit and top-grade cores to prioritize sharpness over lifespan.
Description
Compared to long T-shaped segments, the short T-shaped segments on this 16 inch wall cutting blade offer a significant boost in cutting speed. Measuring 20mm in both length and height, these segments appear almost square in shape. Additionally, each segment features an extra protective layer on both sides, which not only safeguards the blade core but also extends the overall lifespan of the blade.
This 16 inch wall cutting blade is high-frequency welded, making it ideal for wet cutting concrete walls. For tougher projects involving reinforced concrete, a laser welding option is available, providing enhanced welding strength to tackle more demanding materials with ease.
The blade cores of wall cutting blades are typically thinner than those of other concrete saw blades. Wall saw blades require higher quality diamond segments and blank cores, resulting in superior overall quality compared to standard concrete saw blades. Since most customers prioritize sharpness over lifespan, we use premium diamond grit and high-grade blade cores in production.
Segment type
For diamond wall saw blades, we primarily offer three types of segments, each designed for different cutting performance levels and price points: normal, V-type, and Arix type. The normal segment type is the most cost-effective, offering competitive pricing. The V-type segment enhances cutting speed and is effective at removing cutting debris. Arix segments provide the highest cutting efficiency, making them the premium choice for demanding applications.

Blank core type
When selecting a blank core, there are two key factors to consider: whether it is a silent core and the type of slots it has. We offer both silent and non-silent blank cores to suit your needs. As for slot types, you can choose between normal slots and inclined slots, depending on your cutting requirements.
Welding type
We offer both high-frequency welding and laser welding for our 16 inch wall cutting blade. Arix segments are typically paired with laser welding, while the other two segment types are generally used with high-frequency welding. Due to the limitations of our laser welding machinery, we can produce laser-welded Arix wall blades up to a maximum diameter of 1200mm. However, generally, saw blades less than 1.2 meters are sufficient to meet the needs of most customers.
Center/Arbor hole
The center hole is a fundamental parameter of 16 inch wall cutting blade, as it determines compatibility with different brands of machines, such as Hilti, Husqvarna, and Tyrolit. You can choose to have a center hole that fits a specific machine, or opt for a design that combines different types of center holes, making the wall cutting blade compatible with multiple brands simultaneously. Please refer to the common center hole options listed below.

Packaging – 16 inch wall cutting blade
To achieve an effective cutting depth, diamond wall saw blades typically have a diameter of over 600mm. The standard packaging method involves placing the blade in a wooden box with foam padding for protection.
We offer three different packaging methods depending on the size of the concrete blade. Small blades are packaged in either white paper boxes or transparent plastic packaging. Medium blades are packed in white boxes. For large diamond blades, we stack and seal them before placing them on a tray. For very large blades, we secure them using an iron frame for added stability during transport.
