12 Bars Klindex Diamond Tools for Grinding Concrete

Description

Klindex diamond tools come in various sizes to match different machine models and grinding purposes, ranging from small to large, including 100mm, 140mm, 200mm, 240mm, 320mm, and 340mm. Grinding plates larger than 200mm are ring-shaped, while tools under 200mm are flat plates.

This 240mm Klindex diamond tool features 12 segments arranged in a unique layout: six bars positioned along the rim and six inclined bars that are welded in place. As the edge-mounted segments have a larger grinding area, they experience greater wear. The 6 blades arranged along the edge can compensate for the wear of the other segments, resulting in a more balanced overall grinding performance.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – Klindex diamond tools

Our diamond tools are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.
