10 Inch Spiral Concrete Grinding Plate for EDCO, MK, Husqvarna, Blastrac

Description

This 250mm concrete grinding plate is designed with a spiral body and features 20 arrow-shaped segments (10 pairs), making it ideal for fast and aggressive grinding of concrete and terrazzo floors, as well as surface preparation. The arrow segments are particularly effective when working with lower diamond grits, providing more aggressive and efficient grinding on tougher surfaces. The segments are welded in pairs along the plate’s branches, improving airflow and ensures smoother, more stable grinding.

Equipped with 12 countersunk connection holes arranged in 4 directions, this grinding plate allows for quick and secure installation on various floor grinders, including Blastrac, Husqvarna, EDCO, MK, and SPE Floorex. Offering high durability and exceptional grinding efficiency, this plate is perfect for heavy-duty tasks and professional use, ensuring optimal performance even on demanding projects.

Optional bond types

Different hardnesses of bonds are used for grinding different hardnesses of concrete. We mainly provide six bonds on our concrete grinding diamonds, including one Extremely Soft Bond for extremely hard concrete. They are Very Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Medium Bond, Soft Bond, and Very Soft Bond.

There are 2 different code systems to be used for recognizing the tools. To indicate the bond type of the grinding segments, use Bond Codes. To indicate the hardness of the concrete floor, use the Floor Codes. You can use either of them, just make sure you understand.

The painting color for each bond is for your reference. If you are a concrete contractor and don't have the requirements on the colors, we will paint the tools according to the chart. If you are a reseller, we will confirm with you about the painting color before arranging the production. You can customize the painting colors, and it's totally free. Packaging methods – 10 inch concrete grinding plate

Our concrete grinding diamonds are fully protected and packed before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. The packaging includes three types of hard boxes with pearl cotton inside: green, brown, and white. The green box is harder than the other two and provides better protection for the diamond tools, while the brown and white boxes are more environmentally friendly.
